Boating Suite uses iOS's built-in email client to send reports and exported data. Mailing using a third party email client will cause the app to crash.

To get around this issue, many users use a free email service such as Gmail or Yahoo for use with Boating Suite.

1. Create an email with account with Gmail or Yahoo
2. The suggested account name would be something like [YOUR BOAT'S NAME]@gmail.com or [Boat Make & Model]@yahoo.com
   1. For example, 2009SeaRay190Bowrider@gmail.com
3. Go to your iPhone or iPad's settings and setup an email account using the new email address above.

When you send reports or export files from Boating Suite, it will default to your new email account.
