Known Issues

Date & Time Pickers

There is a known issue with the Date & Time pickers that occurred with the release of iOS 14.

Apple changed the default date and time pickers in iOS 14 and unfortunately this was passed down to our app. We will be reverting to the old selectors in our next update.

TO CHANGE THE DATE & TIME: When you select the date or time, you will see them on the very bottom left of the app. Click on the date or time (depending on what you’re changing) and you will get a pop up calendar for the date, or a scroll wheel for the time. The date picker is self explanatory. For the time, scroll through the number until you get the time you want. Finally, click outside the time selector to save the new time.
